LOL!! i think everyone's parents should be arrested then!!! how ridiculous  Don't laugh. I've heard stories of photo developing labs calling the police because of similar pictures parents took of their small children. Yes, the reason I would Never process pics @ wal-mart. Not that I would anyway  There have been plenty of reports of moms and grandmas getting arrested for naughty child porn @ walmart. |

one thing that is kind of good about the charges is she is a juelvie therefore at the age of 18 her record felony gets dropped and never brought up again

It is not dropped. If someone gets found guilty, they will still have been found guilty. It is just sealed. |

You really have to look at the situation as a whole, we don't know the details:
Was the girl somehow forced or bullied into taking said photographs?
Who were the recievers (ie, paedophiles or whatever)?
What was the motive for taking the photographs (it is a bit strange taking random photographs of yourself naked and sending them out to random people)?

I second that. With the advent of the internet, webcams, etc, I am Sure there have been incidents of naturists talking to other naturists, if they happen to be under 18 in the US or many places, that is probably HIGHLY illegal in the wrong eyes. And Hell, when I traveled a bit more, I would chat with the kids on the webcam, made sure they had clothes on, and myself too, cause hell, if the wrong person saw/snooped/etc, that would be transmitting naked pictures of myself to children, or vice versa, and I would get kids taken away and sex offender status. We have many issues when it comes to us and the internet, let alone the world at large. |
