I regularly sleep nude.
However, sometimes I find that it gets damned irritating to sleep. I wake up a lot during the night, etc. and it's just really frustrating.
For the most part though --- it makes life a lot easier.
Input?

Sleeping nude is more relaxing. I usually sleep nude in spring and summer. The rest of the year I only sleep nude when I find difficulties in getting asleep. It's the best remedy to my occasional imsomnia.

Always sleep in the nude, I have a very hard time getting comfortable when I have to sleep with clothes on.

Besides obvious comfort reasons, do you guys find it is less hygienic then sleeping clothed?
What I'm saying is... do you change your linen more frequently?

I sleep nude frequently and clothed rarely. However, sometimes when I sleep clothed (loosely, though) I nearly unconsciously strip myself, so in the morning I find myself naked.
So it's very natural to sleep nude.

You may need change the sheets if a guy has a "wet dream," but that probably happens rarely enough that it wouldn't be worth wearing something to avoid the possibility.

Haven't slept any other way since I was about 11 or 12 years old, even when I lived in the icebox state of Minnesota......

I guess I must be a real outsider on these forums, honestly I rarely sleep naked. I think one thing is because of the temperature and I am always paranoid about having to get up or someone coming in to wake me up and seeing, as I haven't informed my housemates or family of my naturist preference.

I have been sleeping in the buck for some time now. Way more comfortable. Even when it's winter I prefer the comfort of having nothing restricting other than the quilt. I know some people are afraid of having to run for a fire or something but I say that is what the rob is for. And if I can't grab the rob in time well life is about stories. The more stories you have the better your life has been. And what would be a funnier story then having to tell the time that you had to stand outside on the road as naked as the day you were born while your place is on fire.

I hate to sleep with clothes on! that's why I always sleep naked. it is almost as annoying as going to the sauna with swimming shorts.

I have to admit I always wear pyjamas to bed. I guess it is a habit left over from childhood. It makes me happy and is harmless so it has never bothered me. My friends find it quite amusing though when they seem me in my pyjamas instead of just a teeshirt and shorts. Another reason I cover up is because I get bitten quite badly by mosquitoes. I just find it more comfortable as well
