Swimsuit-Free Day in Spain SPAIN, July 13, 2008 - Spain enjoys its second annual Swimsuit-Free day (”Día Sin Bañador”), sponsored by the Spanish Naturist Federation (FEN). The event aims to promote the benefits of swimming nude and encourages ordinary people to shed their swim wear on any beach in Spain. It’s hoped that eventually all beaches in the country will be clothing-optional, although technically you can already legally be nude in any public space anywhere in Spain. Too bad the US won't follow Spain's lead and make it an annual event..... heck it could even be on July 4th so they wouldn't have to add a holiday......

Spain is a great place! Not only is it a beautiful country with wonderful people, but in my experience (limited as it still is) it has some awesome nude beaches, particularly from Barcelona north. I really want to go back again!

Are you asking, how did it go? or how did I go?

Sorry, to be more specific. "Como se fue, el dia?" How did the swimsuit free day go?

Sorry but the right questions in Spanish are:
- ¿Como fue el día? (You are asking about the day but you don't address to the other person directly. The person could be any pronoun singular or plural, with the exception of 1st person) - ¿Cómo te fue el día? (You are asking about the day but you are adressing to the other person who is the one who has had the experience. You have a relationship of familiarity or closeness to that person because of that you use "te" as indirect object) - ¿Cómo le fue el día? (You are asking about the day but you are adressing to the other person who has had the experience. You are not familiar to him and you use "le" as indirect object as a show of respect)

In all the previous cases the speakers know about the activity. In the first sentence they are referring to the activity in general, and in the second and third ones they refer to the people involved in it. But if we want to ask about an activity like that and we need to make it clear, we would say.
How did the swimsuit free day go?
¿Cómo fue el día sin bañadores? ¿Cómo ha ido el día sin bañadores? (If the time of the activity is recent)
