i think if you feel that having tan lines, or wearing swimwear on a textile beach, or indeed anything else, is a "betrayal" of your nudist lifestyle, you really need to sort your head out and stop taking your life so seriously.
Thank's for your suggestion, Aymz! I took one week off and sorted my head out, and I promise to
calm down a bit

; you are right, the word "betrayal" sounds a little over the top, and I apologize.
All I was trying to say was that for me, as a dyed-in-the-wool nudie, tan lines are just unbecoming
a "real" nudist/naturist. On Saturday, we spent a couple of hours at a nearby nudie resort (Glen Eden
in Southern California), and I talked to some friends/regulars there and they seem not to worry about
tan lines, one way or the other, only one out of seven said that they are just indicative of a "non-
100% nudist" (her words). As I had mentioned here at YNAI before, I compared this situation to a
vegetarian who goes out to dinner with his/her boss and orders steak, just to "fit in"; IMHO, it's kind
of betrayal, but I wouldn't call it that any longer.
Then you wrote,
honestly Aaron, is everything you and your girlfriend do and talk and think about just done so you can tell all of us how much of a "nudie" you are? sometimes i wonder if half your posts aren't made here just so you can tell us about things you are naked when you do them...
That's right, about half my posts here ... After all, this is a nudie forum; I often write stuff for a cello
forum/discussion group where everything is about playing cello (and where I never mentioned a thing
about being a nudie

) and a Hebrew forum where we talk about Hebrew stuff (and nudie topics are never discussed), so yes, I think YNAI is the appropriate place to "... make posts ... just so you can tell us about things you are naked when you do them".
I don't know why "... make posts ..." all of a sudden turned into "... make up ...", and then became a
question of telling the truth and "unbelievability"; oh, well, I don't think that's my problem

.
That's all I have to say today, except,
Happy Birthday, Aymz!Take care, Aaron
