It was a year ago yesterday that I joined YNAI, and I would like to thank all my fellow nudies
on this forum for their friendship, interesting discussions and good advice during those twelve months! I know I went a little overboard now and then, due to my nudie idealism and, let's
just say, "juvenile immaturity" (which, of course, ended on my 18th birthday

), but I hope
I didn't get too much on your nerves, and I definitely never intended to offend anybody here
or make you mad. So at this point I would like to specifically thank Casey, Doug and Sara for their fair-minded guidance and friendship!
Speaking of friendship, I'd like to share an experience with you; as I mentioned in another
thread here, in April of last year we moved into a condo building in Huntington Beach. There
I met two boys about my age, may I say quintessential "Southern California Surfer Dudes",
with not much else on their mind than surfing, girls and partying. Nothing wrong with that, everybody does their stuff. When I one day, out of naivete and the above mentioned "juvenile
immaturity", mentioned that we are nudies, they looked at me like I was sick and maybe of
the contagious variety, because they kept away from me and my family as much as
possible. No big deal since I don't think we have otherwise much in common. Now, what I'm
trying to say is, I feel zero positive sentiments towards these two living in the same building with
us whereas I feel nothing but positive sentiments towards my fellow YNAI-nudies whom I've
never met in person and who live, let's say in Norway or Australia, Belgium or Egypt and who all bring so much joy to my life. I'd love to hear from you whether this is, in general, your experience, as well. And I do appreciate your friendship! Aaron
