 agree

With the world today, vanity is a must but with fastfood places and lack of affordable gyms, its hard. Maybe the naturist movement should do something in the area of health such as "getting sunlight and exercise is healthy, we don't condone people who don't take care of themselves like they should but we don't exactly support it either".

Caring about your appearence is fine however I think judging others based on appearence is contrary to naturist values. However if you think about it dont we all do it though? I am just being honest.

caring about your appearance and how others view you is normal and human nature no matter what you are. i think the difference is being willing to forego judging others based on their appearance and accepting everyone for who they are.

Well I have something similar to this in/on my arm
http://s3.amazonaws.com/picable/2007/04/10/24925_PICC-Line_620.jpg
It is obviously very uncomfortable (but is a tad smaller).  I am constantly aware of it.  It is alot more "unattractive" than  people who need a serious grooming job. How would the residents and owners of  the resort/inn   react if I came there with this still  in my arm?
