the sad reality for us guys, is that as we get older we lose hair where we want it, and grow it where we don't

Chest hair is natural , back hair not so.

How is back hair unnatural?  I can assure you I haven't had any hair implants there.  And I'm reasonably certain I'm not an artificial being.

I'd like to say that I have no chest hair but unfortunately, genetics prevents me from doing so.  I've been a pretty hairy guy all my life and there's really nothing I can do about it. There are times when I wish I didn't have so much hair, like when one of my friends dad asked when they had gotten a dog lol.  But there comes a time where you have to accept who you are and move on.  Don't be ashamed of who you are, chest hair or no chest hair!

Having or having not any chest hair is nothing to worry about.

I also think it's a pretty crappy thing to do to dump a guy just because he doesn't have chest hair yet

Well, as for me I think, this is not the major reason for their break up but mostly just an excuse. Do you think it's just because of no chest hair that she broke up ? When you love or like someone pretty much does that really matter ?

Aaron, tell your friend to consiter himself lucky that he didn't waste any more time with this girl.  As I had seen before in this post, the chesthair thing was just a excuse.

I think Sara means she'd worry about it if she had any.

Indeed   ;D

As to whether a guy has no / a litrle / a lot of chest hair, I can't say that I am much bothered.  There's a hell of a lot of things about a guy that I'm more interested in than how much chest hair he has.

So I'm at the pool working and the high schoolers come out of the locker room.  Another staff member made a comment about one of the boys with a bit of chest hair.  I pipe up and said "that's nothing" and lift up my hoodie.  I put them to shame.  I then pointed at one of the boys who didn't have chest hair and told him "you're not a man".  All in good fun.  Peace.

I went to the Abercrombie and Fitch store in Santa Monica today to get me the usual stuff (Polo shirt, jeans and flip-flops) and meet my buddy Sean who works there part time. Anyway, I noticed for the first time (obviously didn't pay much attention before) that all the guys in the photographs on the walls are totally smooth like me, no chest hair whatsoever, and I mentioned it to him, and he said when he went there for his interview they asked him to take off his shirt;  his initial job would be as a greeter and they'd prefer their so-called Moose Boys to be smooth. And I was concerned to turn 18 next month and still look like a "child", so to speak. Aaron

I've never even see any chests at Hot Topic. The stereotypical Hot Topic shopper is thin and pale with virtually no hair except for that on their head.

But I'm amazed they were asked to take off their shirt for a job interview. Would their chests be seen at work?
Stores like Abercrombie and Fitch completely suck.

Yeah, I was just joking (even though I have seen hairy guys at my Hot Topic), but that is rediculous that they would ask him to take his shirt off for that reason.
