I have my ears gauged to an 8 (6 in a few days) and plan to go to 2 or 0.

How do you get or maintain a job, especially in this economy, with gauged ears? I mean this as a legitimate question, not to insult anyone with gauged ears.

For me, no piercings (not even my ears) and no tatoos... No thanks, I like me the way I am!!!

The thing with tattoos is that they look great now, but in 10-15 years, the person with tatt's would look better without them.

i got my nipple pierced ... it hurt a bit but it wasnt anything to say OMG that hurt so bad dont do it  probably feels the same as any other piercing with a bit of a purple nurple feeling haha...  i ended up having to take mine out because it kept getting kicked in my martial arts classes oh well

Oh heck, I remember this topic from way back & grimacing a bit then. But now .... guaged ears 

I figured this was an Americanism, one I had never heard of. Seeing that photo  , it just hurts! Still, each to their own, nothing wrong with a bit of self expression & all that. 

As for pierced nipples, that is very definitely a personal choice & only the individual can decide if it is for them. On an aesthetic front, I must say I think they can look great on girls, but they can also cause havoc at airport security, so always beware of that!

I agree with Krissy, I like the way I am. Though I have thought on and off about getting a little Taz and maybe Lady Taz somewhere, but if I ever did I want it somewhere I can see it, I don't understand getting ink done of something you like, somewhere you can't see it If you have tons of tats it makes sense, but if you only have one tat, make it one you can appreciate yourself

Many years ago I went with a friend of mine to get her nipples pierced, she wanted a friend there to keep her brave. After watching the whole thing I decided piercings are not for me. I don't mind them on others, but for me, I deal with enough pain in my life, don't need to take on some unnecessary pain!

I think its amazing when humans decide to customize their bodies.

Interesting fact: nipple piercings for women are fine at my local nudist sinkhole but any piercing on the lingam for males is prohibited. Sup with that?

I pierced my left nipple in my house with a simple sewing needle. Didn't hurt or get infected. I first watched at least ten videos on youtube about it, then with a pen put two marks on my nipple. One on each side where i wanted the needle to enter and exit. next i got the large needle, a stud, hydrogen peroxide, a small bit of wood, and some q-tips. Then i had a couple of beers. You don't have to do this but it really calmed me down. I put the needle on one side of my nipple with a little bit of pressure and then put the piece of wood behind it. now i have a way to put the pressure on the needle. took a breath and pushed into the nipple making sure i was still lined up to end at my other dot. Once the needle was all the way through i peroxided the hell out of my nipple. then i pulled the needle all the way through and pushed the stud in right after the needle. secured the stud and peroxided again. I did this all right in front of my pc with my wife in the next room. When i walked in and showed her she was shocked. maybe it was the beer, but i didn't make even a wince. After this success, i believe i'm going to really research a penis piercing and might do it. Maybe.
