Hi all,

Yeah I was able to go. It was an awesome day down there. This year there seemed to be more people than last, which was good, but hard finding a place to park ya gear. The weather wasn't to bad, although in Adelaide it was low 40's down at Maslin it was around 35degree, which made it perfect.

There was a high amount of young people, not many young guys, but a lot of younger girls, which was a surprise to my eyes.

It was a shame that you were there Casey as I was looking forward to meeting people from this forum down there, arh well there always plenty of hot nude days ahead at Maslin thus summer and beyond.
And it was on all the news services, Nine, Seven, Ten and the ABC, which was a surprise.
Talk to you all soon Kym Cheesy

Seems I went to the wrong festival.  I went to the samurai beach festival in New South Wales.  Nothing seemed to be organised at all and I think I was the only one there between the age of 16 and 30.  I'll know where I'll be going next year.

Hey Gorax. This years Samurai was not an officially organised event, due to reasons too lenghty to post here. It was simply a picnic day hosted by a couple a sydney clubs.

Next year however will be a different story. I believe it will be an official ANF event with much more planned and co-ordinated activities and support from clubs, like the carnival vibe of a few years ago.

ok then, I was expecting the carnival type thing that had happened in previous years.  I guess I was kinda disappointed for my first trip to a clothing optional beach. The beach is nice though I will try and find out more for next years event.

I think you got the wrong end of the stick, Kym. Cate's not in Adelaide yet, she said one day she will be when she goes to uni. Give her time, somehow, I don't think it'll be too long before she gets there!

Hi Cate,

I did hear that back in the mid to late 1990s they did have a Ms Maslin beach comp for younger ladies...

Maybe to 2008 some of us will get to meet up for the first time !!

Hoping so !!

Regards from Melbourne,
