how do you think people would react?

I was initially thinking about what would happen in the United States, but if you live elsewhere, feel free to consider how people would react if your courts made such a ruling.

Would nude sunbathing/swimming quickly become very popular and widely accepted?

Would many people/families stop going to public beaches for fear of seeing nudity?

For those of you in the United States, do you think there would be an attempt to pass a constitutional amendment to override the Supreme Court ruling and prohibit nudity?

For the states, think super bowl and Janet Jackson.  Then think mass viewer hysteria and complete over reactions.

As for Canada some parts of the country may be a bit forgiving but I highly doubt Alberta would be one of them.  We\'re still trying to snuff out gay marriages.

Oh, we are well ahead of you, we have snuffed em out alredy.

As for the sepreme court, they would likely pass onthe decisions to the state.  Depending on the state will give you the answer.  Some are so uptight that if you put a dollar up their keister, they would poop 10 dimes.  Others are so liberal that they would ask for another dollar.

Poor analogy, i know.  Get it? ANALogy?

Sigh, Ill stop now.
