Since we have so many Florida people, and most of us in Florida either know where the cove is or go there, why not set up a day when we can all get together? I would likely just say hi to whomever and try to dump my son (hes 16, im 33) off with yall. It would resolve a big issue that my son has with going to the cove with me, the fact that theres nobody else there anywhere near his age when we go (or near my age for that matter, but thats fine, i just go to tan mostly).
Eh, just a thought.

Well I can\'t say much about this year for Jojo and myself, pretty much dumping any spare pennies we have into our low budget wedding, however, Honeymoon might consist of spending a week at the cove! We\'ll keep everyone posted, as 2007 rolls closer. Sad thing is, our honeymoon will be in December....I think that is the time most Floridians cover up, something about being too cold or something like that!

Too cold to hit the water for me tho.

Sounds like not a bad idea GZ! I am sure Chris would be into hanging with someone close to his own age if we can tear him away from the waves. Its like an addiction of sorts, but a positive one.
I think you might have answered this before but it would be cool to have your son involved in ynai.com forums, dontchathink?
Take care.

I have tried to get him on a computer to do anything. He wants nothing to do with computers, other than play games on it, unfortunately. Hes more interested in playing the PS2, watching tv, hanging with friends and the like. He has his own computer, and has dsl on it networked, he just doesnt enjoy reading, and forums much less so, I am sure. My Chris turned 16 back in May, usually at the cove, he wanders off to feed quarters into the pool table or play pingpong if i feel like getting beat.

\'Zilla, excellent idea With planning, I might even make it myself, though we are definitely talking 2006 before I\'ll be able to visit the US of A. I\'m sure there will be a few more posts over the coming months regarding this topic. Top, you have to agree that Brandon has a great point about keeping the wedding costs down, but quite how you\'ll sell that idea to JoJo\'s mom, well, good luck  I\'ll leave the cold comments be, too many Floridians to gang up on me but, xg, what happened when you went swimming in Jax, did they think you\'d taken leave of your senses? 74 degrees is pretty darned decent for us northeners! Being that we got engaged at while down in Florida, and vacationing at Sunsport, that was the first suggestion we got once people found out we had gotten engaged, Brandon. While it isn\'t a bad idea, my dress, as well as the bridesmaids, are already bought and at home in closets, so....that part is all said and done. We are doing well as far as cost. Where the budgdet really takes a punch is the food and drinks part of it. While we have the financial help of our parents, we still look for the best deal....the most for the least amount of money. When honeymoon plans start to be put together for real, instead of just looking and devising plans, we\'ll keep everyone posted. Good suggestion of a nude wedding, but don\'t think that would go over too well for the family!!! :? JoJo

If ya want to do another one at a nude resort, for your own fun, let me know, im an ordained minister who has done quite a few weddings (mostly wrestlers, and one at a nude resort).
Even better, make it the 10 year \'rememberence of the vows\' or whatever its called. Sorry I dont know, I figure I will get married when im 60.
