Number three!

okay - thanks to those who answered last week. seems that nude sunbathing/swimming is what people enjoy the most!

Okay - number three, here we come! -

In what way do you think nudism/naturism benefits the person attempting it? ie - why is it good for them? what is good about it?

Best answer is thanked in next weeks question!

Jayac -

P.S - are people okay with me posting these questions? until i can think of other ways to encourage people to post and talk on here, its all i've got!!

It's not that people have a problem with us being naked in places - the problem is there very few places for us to be naked

It is good in so many ways. You should never be ashamed of your body. All bodies are beautiful. Size does not matter.

To be honest, I don't think of it as good or beneficial in any particular way- just something that some people like to do...hopefully that's not too much of a downer...

It is good for self confidence. People who have just met feel that can relate to each other more quickly and easily when no-one is clothed. Clothes create an artificial image, which can lead to judgements about what sort of person you are. When everyone is naked, everyone is at the same level of vulnerability, with nothing to hide, in the most pure and natural physical state. So really, nudity is the most modest state you can be in.

It helps to de-sexualise a situation when everything is out in the open. If I see a gorgeous naked woman who is comfortable with her body and acting naturally, I may well be struck by her beauty and feel a sense of attraction, but I also feel a great sense of respect for her, more so than if she was dressed provocatively and seeking attention with her behaviour. Not that I'm saying a gorgeous, provocatively dressed, attention seeking woman is in any way evil, but she might be a little harder to respect and relate to as a fellow human being.

It is also much more comfortable in hot weather.

And it's good for your health, as it allows your skin to breath.

It just feels so natural, free and liberating, in a physical and psychological sense.

I agree with this answer, it's just something I like to do! Sure there's plenty of benefits, but I don't really think about it.

Post away, keep them coming!
