Does it mean you feel free?
Does it give you a chance to be somebody else?
Does it allow you to meet new people?
Does it allow you to be who you want to be?

Any answer is fine - there is no right or wrong answer to this!!

It's not that people have a problem with us being naked in places - the problem is there very few places for us to be naked

Being naked to me means i am who i am and naturism promotes people being accepted for who they are!

In the words of Mel Gibson as Braveheart,

FREEDOM!

I also like to swim without a suit.  i just feels good.

Being free and being semi open to it with a few others will hopefully allow them to be comfortable with who they are physically.  I'm on a crusade to end towel changers and non-hygenic gym goers.  That last bit might be a small OCD disorder creeping into my life.

Relaxation. Clothes feel confining and restrictive.

I find it is comfortable.  I also think I look better naked than with clothes on and that helps to boost my self-confidence.

I also think socialising naked helps to break down barriers and I feel very positive about all the social nude experiences I have had.

Being naked means freedom to me. On the other side you are more conscious of your own true nature. We belong to nature.

To me it is all about being comfortable.  When i was younger i remember one day when i got out of a shower and just thought how great it was feeling nude.  It was the first time i had really acknowledged it and i always wanted to spend more time like this.  Unfortunately it wasn't really until a few years later that i did anything about it.

I'm still a "closet naturist", but it was never really about telling people about it.  If someone was to see me nude i wouldn't feel any shame in it but i would understand that it isn't everyone's cup of tea.  I would be nude all the time if i could, but i understand that society doesn't tolerate this as much as i think everyone here would wish.  Maybe one day.

To me, most of it is being comfortable. Both with my own body image but also the physical sensation of it. It feels like I've broken out of a negative body image culture and don't have to be ashamed about being nude at all. Really wish more people would make the effort to overcome their anxieties to try it.
