One Indiana town has been named as one of the kinkiest place in America according to AlterNet, an alternative media website.

Roselawn, Ind. was on the list with big cities like Las Vegas and San Francisco.  The website stated the rankings were based on adult festivals, clubs and facilities, as well as sexual reputation.

The website credits Roselawn’s nudist resort, the Ponderosa Sun Club, as a reason for making the list.  The club hosts a yearly pageant called “Nudes-A-Poppin,” which is hosted by a porn star. 

According to AlterNet, the pageant attracts porn stars, strippers and thousands of others who want to participate in erotic dancing and other sexual activities. 

Ponderosa Sun Club also offers “G-rated” activities like horseshoes, volleyball and chili cook-offs.

Is this true? or did the media greatly exaggerate what really goes on (shocking, i know)

I've heard of Nudes-A-Poppin, and seen pictures, and it definitely isn't about body acceptance.  Lots of models with gravity-defying fake breasts.

Yes, it has been going on for a long time. Ponderosa has ben giving real naturist resorts a bad name for a long time. People think nudist resorts are swinger sites because of what they push.

Nudes-a-poppin is basically a big strip club outside. Lots of strippers and porn stars go there to strut their stuff, and hopefully get money and gigs out of it. I had a friend many years ago who went and she got many queries about traveling to various strip clubs (At the time she was a stripper to make it through college (I know, cliche ain't it). They used to shot it every year and make softcore porn videos about it, like 20  years ago ir so, don't know if they still do it, I am sure a quick google wil tell you
