there is a topic on here on the same subject - its worth checking out. To my knowledge, no there's not - same for uk. There are education premises that are okay with it,  but very few!

I went to school in Florida and wasn't aware of any.  I'm in Texas now, and though I don't know much about UT, I've heard some students hang out at hippie hollow and it's a pretty progressive town all around.

There were rumors a few years ago that Wesleyan in CT had a clothing optional dorm, but I don't know how true those were...
