It is a shame that i actually type a post about this, because this story is simply ridiculous to me. 

There was an image in a catalogue in the UK which was reported to the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) for being sexually provocative.  The image was printed in a clothing catalogue aimed at Students (18+) and contained the image of a topless woman with only one breast on show.  When i read that one breast was on show i did wonder how it could be sexually provocative, so you may find it hard to believe that this is the "offending" image...



Thankfully the ASA have today stated that the image was "not overtly sexual" and unlikely to cause offence.  Some decency after all.

"The catalogue breached CAP Code (Edition 12) rules 4.1 (Harm and offence) and 5.1 (Children - harm and offence)" because of another picture (not the one you posted) that showed the side of a woman's breast!
