Pool Party

INDOOR CLOTHING OPTIONAL WINTER POOL PARTIES

The Long Island Travasuns holds monthly Indoor Winter Pool Parties.

Our next Pool Party is scheduled for Saturday, March 5, 2011,

from 8:00 PM to 12:30 AM

There’s something for everyone:
Hot tub • Pool • Steam room • Two saunas • Games • Dancing
Volleyball (Wallyball) • Raffles / door prizes / 50-50 drawing
Three HDTV screens • Licensed massage therapists (additional fee)

I signed up to go through the site. Anyone been before, or planning on going Saturday? Would be interested in feedback/ experiences.

I went to one of their pool parties about 2 years ago, and I can say I had a really good time. Most of the people I met were really nice. I'd say most of them were age 40 and up and overall probably 80-85% men, which was the most out of balance I've ever seen of a nudist place/event, but I have no idea if it's like that every time. The pool is about the size of your average small hotel pool, and the hot tub was big enough for 10-12 people. There's a small bar that serves food, including burgers and other fried stuff, which I found to be really out of place in a GYM!! (Only in America....) There was a sauna which I didn't get into, a volleyball game going on in the racquetball court, and a DJ playing music. Unfortunately the gym equipment was off limits, which I'd have really liked to use. I can't say I'll be going back any time soon though, since the drive for me was 2.5 hours each way.

Did you end up going to the pool party? Was the age range about the same as I described? I hope they're getting a good turnout.

Could have used more women and 20's/30's couples but was fun. Sauna and steam room was great and enjoyable to experience the way it should be!
