Your advice please

I currently live alone and do my own thing about being nude about my home.  In about a week, my niece\'s boyfirend will be living with me for about 3 months whilst he is in town for work.  Now I work long hours and will, in all likelihood, will have left for work before he is out of bed.  the evenings are now getting cooler so I am less likely to wander around in the nude when I get home - I am a nudist not a masochist!  So the chances of me being nude around him in during a normal day is becoming less likely the more I think about it.  Given all this, should I still tell him in case we meet in the morning and I am in all my glory or it gets warm again, or simply wait and see what happens.

Your house, your rules ..... I\'d let him know in advance & if he\'s got a problem with it, he\'ll have to deal with it. But, somehow, I doubt he\'ll have any concerns. Let\'s be honest, plenty of non nudists will spend more time nude if the ambient temperature is conducive just because they can. It\'s unlikely your neice\'s boyfriend will be any different.

best to do is be nude one morning as if gooing to bathroom or so, maybe he is conforable with it and is closet naturist, now that would be funny or not.

Me personally i would tell him ahead of time. But other than that i would just treat it as any other day. If he has a problem with it then he can find another place to stay or just deal.

I third, fourth, fifth....or whatever number I am....the advice!!!

I would say something along the lines of, \"Hey, don\'t be alarmed if you catch me walking around nude.\"  Why dirty clothes right?  Why not be comfortable?  Who knows....you may even turn him into a nudist and have someone to share it with!

Thank you for all your advice.  We have now been sharing a home for almost a week so I thought I would let you know how it is going.

I decided not to tell my guest anything about being nude at home and I would not be overtly nude around him.  No real sacrifice as it is getting colder here, especially in the mornings.
Anyway, i am usually gone by the time he gets up and I get home late when it is dark and increasingly cold.

I also wanted him to feel welcome and I thought that by taking my home my rules approach was a bit hardline - but thought I would be nude as much as a non-nudist (in a same sex house) would consider nudity to be OK and progress from there.

The first ocassion came on the first morning when he found me head down and bum up wearing nothing but a shirt searching for a clean pair of undies that I had yet to fold and put away.  Not my best side but did not shock him, nor did he seemed fussed when I walked back to the bathroom with undies in hand and the rest swinging in the breeze.

That night, as is my practice, I showered with the door ajar.  My guest used the toilet which in in the bathroom whilst I was in the shower.  No nudity, but gave the message he is OK with i all.

The next morining was the most revealing, in more way than one.  I was sitting with my breakfast in the early morning when it is still not quite light.  I enjoy the quiet time as it is the only quiet time I get in my day.  Sitting in nothing but a t shirt as is my usual practice in the colder mornings, the door to my guets room opened and my naked guest walked from his room, passed me in the kitchen into the bathroom, with, like most of us men at that time of the morning his woodie showing him the way.  I am quite sure he didnt expect to see me, but on his return to his room, said good morning and closed the door.

Maybe the next three months isnt going to be as clothed as I thought.

Many people aren\'t as uptight as my upringing made me believe people were. Glad to hear it\'s looking promising!

Of course single-gender home nudity is one thing, and social nudity is another, but it\'s an auspicious start!

Fantastic news greg! Looks like you\'ve landed on your feet on this one. Maybe now that you know he\'s cool with being nude, especially in the morning   you may be able to talk with him casually about your naked preference and who knows, you might have a nudist friend for life! How cool would that be?!
