"Overlooking beautiful garden"

This is kind of an offshoot of The right to to be naked in a backyard.

A few years ago the McMansion (small lot, big house) next to us was listed for sale with the tagline "Overlooking beautiful garden". That was amusing because the "beautiful garden" which surrounds the home is my parents' property.

So I'm wondering (with my tongue in my cheek), if, in the interest of full disclosure, the property had been listed with a nudity warning, would that have scared off most potential buyers, especially those with teenaged daughters?

A very sly disclosure would be, "Overlooking beautiful garden tended by naturist." I imagine most people would interpret that as "naturalist".

What if the description made a forthright disclosure? For example:

"OVERLOOKING BEAUTIFUL GARDEN frequented by naturist teenaged male"
"OVERLOOKING BEAUTIFUL GARDEN frequented by teenaged male nudist"
"OVERLOOKING BEAUTIFUL GARDEN occasionally used by nudists"
"Overlooking beautiful garden. WARNING: Adjoining property used by nudists"
"Overlooking Garden of Eden"

lol  our house isnt overlooked but if it was, the fact that my mum, me and both my sisters have gone out in the garden naked would probably be a selling point!

  I imagine for some that would be a selling point. I'm not too sure that I would want to live next to most of the people who would be sold by it though

lol, you should just walk up naked on move-in day covering up with just a jello mold for them. "Hey, glad to have you in the neigborhood. There's a barbecue this weekend, and oh, just though I'd mention, I'm going to be naked in that garden most of the time. Good to meet you!"

maybe it was a complaint like the realtor was a young women and thought that the garden and all things in it were just beautful
